Ownership
Daniel C. Osborn is the founder and owner of OAA. Mr. Osborn received degrees in Architecture and Environmental Science from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama. He is readily available to provide consultation to clients during each phase of the building process.
After graduating from Auburn University, Mr. Osborn started his career in Montgomery, Alabama. In 1979 he moved to Huntsville to work with Jones and Herrin. After several years of learning the trade, he founded an architectural firm with architect colleague, Larrell Hughes. From 1982 to 2005, Mr. Osborn was the principal and president of Fuqua Osborn Architects in Huntsville, Alabama. In addition to being responsible for day-to-day activities of the firm and its personnel, Mr. Osborn was involved, on a daily basis, with projects under his control. As principal-in-charge, Mr. Osborn actively participated in project management, project design, contract documents, project administration and observation during construction.
After 20 years building alongside his partners the largest architectural firm in north Alabama, Danny Osborn decided to move to Madison to start a new practice. Osborn & Associates Architects currently employs 6 professionals, handpicked to carry on Mr. Osborn's tradition of design excellence.

Osborn & Associates Architects uses Autodesk’s Revit Architecture. Autodesk Revit is a complete architectural design and documentation solution, supporting all phases of design and architectural drawings required for a building project. From massing and conceptual studies through the most detailed construction drawings and schedules, Autodesk Revit has tools for delivering productivity, coordination, and quality to the design team.
This state of the art software incorporates true 3D design, working with building information modeling rather than flat geometry. With Autodesk Revit, we have increased productivity at every phase of the design and documentation process. We are able to quickly provide our clients with 3D visualizations of their building, finalize the design, and seamlessly coordinate contract documents with all consultants.
Autodesk Revit is capable of producing drawings formatted for use with any CAD software on the market today. Osborn & Associates Architects provides clients and consultants online access to each project, allowing streamlined communication between architect, consultants and contractor.
